Sustaining Tenancies in Tokoroa
The Sustaining Tenancies services in Tokoroa have been working with an elderly client to bring her house up to standard and also work with her to relocate to Hamilton.
She was referred from her property manager team who knew the mahi Ange does with clients as they knew that the client needed help. Working with stakeholders for the betterment of the community, while doing so also, looking at the root cause of some of the issues and bringing other services on board such as counseling, health and community support services.
